Hey everyone! I’m heading to NAS Pensacola around late July for NIFE/Primary and looking for roommates
Budget: ~$650–$800/month (trying to save a good portion of BAH)
Preferences: Furnished, modern/clean place
Location: Convenient to base, stores, restaurants, and downtown — ideally quiet and safe
Roommates: Prefer 2–3 others
I’m big on cleanliness, organization, and being considerate of each other. Looking for people who are disciplined, motivated, and respectful of shared spaces (not huge on constant loud music, parties, or having people over all the time).
