1-2 slots a year r/w to jets, 1-2 to C-130. So, it's a possibility, but don't hang your hopes on it. Once you get your platform, you won't want to switch anyway.

You can get fixed wing time as a flight instructor: quite a few helo guys instruct in Primary. So you could get 1000 to 2000 hours of acrobatic T-34C time. Also, there is a good chance of getting C-12's (being phased out and replaced by Gulfstream jets.) However, your chances of getting tactical jets (Harriers, F/A-18's) or C-130's are very remote as PhrogDriver pointed out.
