I don't like the maneuverable hypersonic vehicle bit. We've got enough trouble working up something to hit a ballistic target with a fixed trajectory.

Granted, you kinda have to wonder how effective they'd be, but nukes aren't exactly something you want to gamble with.

We're both developing cleaner, more advanced nukes. This should be no surprise. If there is one thing the Russians haven't let slip, it's their Rocket Forces.
