Russians go operational with latest SAM

The Russian IADS just got more interesting with "Triumph" S-400 going operational last week in Elektrostal (suburb of Moscow). Note S-300/400 combo "pack". Doubt anyone's planning to go downtown Moscow other than vacation, but if they hit the international market, then maybe UCAS-D isn't such a bad idea for a career path or Growlers!
