Instead of trying to muscle off a wet flight suit, take your flight suit off BEFORE exiting the pool (only took us 1.5 weeks and a bunch of red bruises on our shoulders to figure this one out).

Some other handy tips....

Helmets come off easier if you unbuckle them first.

Also, first socks, THEN shoes.

Underwear goes UNDER pants--I have a mnemonic to remember that--"It's UNDERwear for a reason."

Seriously, I never thought getting out of the flight suit was a difficult part of swim qual. This is probably because I was in too much agony to give a crap about how uncomfortable removing the flight suit was.

get one size bigger...won't sink you more and will be nice and easy to peel out of. You marine guys like form-fitting stuff, i know, i know
