How competetive is a 6/6/6 and 52 OAR? GPA is 3.313 and spent 6 years active duty AF, looking for pilot or nav?

It really depends on the current pool of applicants. Those are decent scores, but you won't know how you stack up until you apply. The prior service will probably help you and the gpa is okay. Talk to a recruiter and submit... the worst they can say is no, in which case you resubmit and try again.

Your score is actually a comparison of how you did compared to other people who took the test in the same time period. By definition, 60% got a 5 or lower, 17% got a 6, and 23% got a 7 or better. Like Scotty said, the best thing to do is submit an application.

This forum gets these type of posts every few days, so people don't always respond to them. I would suggest searching old posts, but remember that things change quickly. The situation when I was selected in 04 is different than today.

I got a 6/6/5 52 and have a 3.7 GPA and I am submitting. I am Active duty Navy with 12 years right now. So hopefully my evals GPA and kick a$$ officer interviews and CO's recommendation put me over the top.

Got 8/9/6 and 62 with a 3.4 Anthropology GPA and got SNA. Whatever you have submit it and crack one open when you get accepted/passed over.

How exactly does the OAR grading work? I got a 7/7/7 and only a 50 oar. I thought my oar would have been much higher.
