Second PRK Surgery

I am in the process of applying for a pilot slot at Navy OCS and have a question about laser eye surgeries. I had PRK surgery done about four years ago and since that time my vision has deteriorated somewhat. Although my eyesight is at the lower end of the acceptable band for becoming a pilot, I am considering doing a second PRK surgery so that my vision is perfect. So that brings me to the question:

Does anyone know if having a second PRK surgery is either automatically disqualifying or detrimental to one's Navy OCS application?

Fun fact: Looks like Ortho-K is now waiverable under certain conditions. Neato! I remember looking in to that a ways back when I was worried my eyes would go OOL and quickly decided not to pursue it when I learned it was CD/WNR.
