SNA board in November?

Just spoke with my OR. Apparently there is going to be a SNA board in November and packages need to be submitted by Oct 15. Can anyone confirm this?
 
Unless an email just came out in the past few days, no, there is one that "might" be in December, but they are still trying to figure out numbers from the last board and if they will need any.
