OK, here's what to do:
If you show up during regular working hours, go up the the M Co student CO/XO office (used to be 3rd deck in O'Bannon Hall) in your Alphas or civvie equivalent. If it's non-working hours, go to the OOD (duty officer) office in the main admin building (walk in the doors behind the big statue, turn left). Either way, get your orders stamped. They'll give you a bunch of folders and instructions for paper work.
As soon as you check in, you'll be part of M Co. They'll assign you to a platoon, and probably into a squad. Talk to your squad leader/plt sgt as soon as you can. You'll be assigned a barracks room (probably in Graves Hall), but you can commute if you want to. Just make sure your sqd ldr/plt sgt knows about it.
At some point over the next few weeks, you'll start doing the pre-IFS thing, including a flight physical (unless yours is still current) and a meeting with Mr. Stark (or whoever the IFS director happens to be). Until you actually start IFS, you'll be doing the M Co formations and working parties. Probably not a whole lot of PT, so do this on your own.
Ask one of the students about leave as soon as you get there, as it takes about 2 weeks to get it approved. Here's what you'll need: exact dates and times of departure/return, full itinerary (mapquest directions if by car, or copy of e-ticket if by plane), and address/phone number of destination. Try to have this done before you show up.
That should get you through the first week. If you volunteer for some working parties, you have less chance of being voluntold for others. Good luck!

Everything arkham said except M Co. office is now on the 2nd deck of graves hall in room 207(don't know the # for sure).

Leave during IFS depends heavily on what your school is doing. They may or may not have issue with you taking leave in the middle of IFS, something that I don't really think is not necessary especially on a 96 weekend. I went thought IFS with 10 other Lt's and the majority of us finished in 30-40 days. I took about 2 weeks worth of PTAD, which really turned out to be leave because my OSO had nothing for me to do. You'll get a feel for things when you get here.
