SPECWAR Application specifics

Hi all,

I was looking at the NYUSN blog and saw that SPECWAR had the most available spots, for designators I had any interests in. I'm sure this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find specifics. What else does a SPECWAR application involve, aside from the SEAL physical? I'm trying to get some info before I talk to my recruiter about possibilities.
