Survey for Navy Officers and those accepted to OCS

Ladies and Gents,

I am doing a project in one of my business school classes and we need to gather data from current and future Navy Officers. I'd appreciate if you guys complete the SHORT 5 question survey by 3/16. In addition, could you pass the word to other Naval Officers that you know.

We will be giving away a random prize of $5,000 dollars but since the survey is anonomous I can't guarantee that you will receive your winnings.

For the OP: Can you give some sense of what the study is about, or what you are trying to assess? The last guy that tried to quantify me had his liver eaten, with some fava beans and a fine Chianti....

Thanks, we hit 100 responses within a day. I just upgraded the account so we can reach up to 1000.

I don't want to tamper with the survey before the deadline, but I promise I will disclose the results upon completion. Some interesting data thus far.
