Swimming Requirements in OCS

Hey I just got accepted to OCS to be a pilot. I'm not a very good swimmer. What are the swimming requirements in OCS? And can anyone provide any swimming tips to help me out?

Also, what aircraft would be most like the millenium falcon? You know, like smuggling cargo and stuff? P-3's? I'm serious. Han Solo is the reason I'm going to be a pilot.
