Switching NRD's!

I was living in VA for the summer, so I went to the NRD in Richmond to apply as an officer. Now I am back at my dad's house in Raleigh. I have been told I was selected for SWO. The confusion lies here now, I haven't done my MEPS, my PRT or my security clearance. I am currently sitting in limbo without a job and student loans coming every month and money is slowly draining to nothing. Where do I do these things I have left, in Raleigh or in Richmond. Can I transfer NRDs, does it matter? My OR hasn't responded to my email or phone calls in three days so I decided to post it on here to see if anyone knows anything to help me out. Also where is MEPS located? Is there more then one so many questions wish I could contact my OR!

I did it. Not BDCP though. My current (newer) NRD sent a package transfer request and the original NRD sent it.

Edit: For whatever reason, my PRT had to be current, so I did that and then it was sent. Strange, but I didn't ask questions, just did it.

As a sidenote, I would strongly suggest you find a PT job...or two...while your package is pending. Many people run into traps because they assume a certain timeline, then someone somewhere lost some paperwork or some funding doesn't come through or a board gets cancelled and suddenly they're in debt.
