Hello everyone iaw the (SWO) PA100 can you submit a SWO package at the age of 32 with a chance of commissioning or must you be commissioned BY age 32?

The PA is cut and dry, must be able to commission before 29 (with no waiver) and 32 (if needing an age waiver).

The age waiver criteria is between 29 and 32, so if you would be on track to commission at 32 years and one day (or more) you are not eligible.
