SWO Rolling Board?

Hi Everyone,
I was told that the next SWO board is a rolling board. Can anyone explain to me what exactly a rolling board is? I was told by my recruiter that I will find out in November (last month) if I got in or not but now that date was pushed to January.

It basically means that when they have enough packages to review they hold a board. You can read more about it on more of the Navy OCS portion of this site. For example the December boards is a good place to find more info about what "rolling" really means. Hope that helps
