I'm getting married on Saturday, Oct. 1 in upstate NY (Silver Bay, on Lake George) and I'm trying to put together a detail to do a sword arch ceremony. I have a couple of Marines that are already coming to the wedding and will be part of the arch, but I'd like to have at least a couple more Marines to do the sword arch so it looks decent. Does anyone have any recommendations about how to go about finding a few Marines to do the detail? What NROTC and reserve units are there in that area? If you live in that area, PM me if you'd like to get some free food and beer (and maybe a little bit of cash as well, depending on how far out of your way you need to go to get there) on Oct. 1.
