The Navy declined to release the raw survey data. The Navy’s 20-page results packet, released Thursday, does not include exact figures for all questions asked, and the scoring system used by the survey can cloud analysis
After reading the article it looks like things are even worse and big Navy did not want to release the raw numbers. Instead everything was higher than 2.5 or lower than 2.5 on a 1-5 scale.

I glanced at the report.... I'd be surprised if any of the responses are significantly different than they've been for every generation of SWO's since, I dunno, WWII?
The only time I can see Big Navy sitting up and looking closely at this kind of data is if there is an actual, unexpected mass exodus. Until then, it's just the typical white noise.
