I am in the plc program, and am still in school. I am just wondering, for my tax returns, am I considered to have been in the military in this past year? :confused:

Does Uncle Sam have a W-2 for you on MyPay?

I'd say that's probably the best criterion.

Your military status will not affect your federal returns, only your state returns if applicable.

I suspect this is related more to his eligibility for the free tax filing. Though, beyond that I have no other input to offer.
