Thanks so much for posting. Brings back a lot of memories.
I still vividly remember my first takeoff in a T-28. The noise, the vibration, the amazing feeling of power just forward of my feet, the rudder effort required to keep her straight down the runway and the way she jumped off the line once the brakes were released and threw you back into your seat... there is nothing like a large-displacement piston engined aircraft. Wow, brings back a lot of memories. Great flying, good friends.
