The Cost of the MCT

I've been lurking on this forum for awhile reading the various posts about asthma and the methacholine challenge test. I'm current a member of the AFROTC working through DODMERB for Asthma (all the way up to age 13) still fighting through remedials. Luckily I have a passed physical fitness test and pulmonary function test to help, but it looks to not be enough.

I have read from NOMI that the Navy is much more lienant on asthma waivers and, I keep reading about the methacholine challenge test. So I am going to try for the Navy should the Air Force DQ me.

I have been wondering though, how much does the MCT normally cost with an allergy/asthma specialist.
