TNPQ

I received a TNPQ letter from CNRC today saying " 1. Based on a review of available medical information, a medical risk assessment could not be determined." and requesting that a block be checked since when medical was working on my DD-2808 they didn't check a block. Will my package still be sent to board or will they hold it until they receive the appropriate medical documentation? The cutoff for the August SWO board is today so I would hate to miss it for a simple fix.

The very last part of the 2807 form asks who verified the medical forms and a signature. Looks like someone didn't do that job...

The copy that I received also didn't have the block you talked about signed, that would explain why it wasn't caught. Really makes me wonder what quality assurance does at the hospital if they cant manage to catch something like that. How would I go about requesting a PQ letter to make sure I don't miss any more boards? I'm active duty so no recruiter to help with the odd questions.
