To those who have been to flight school

hey can anyone who has been in flight school know how many people wash out of it. Is there anything in flight school that a person who would normally get through OCS and TBS, and get through them well, do bad in flight school.

It all depends on the individual. There is not one "thing" that would predispose someone for failure. If the Navy or Marines could figure out what it was then they would just not let that "type" of person into training. If you are accepted into the program, then the military feels that you have what it takes.

Big thing, even if you are one of the guys who just "can't fly".... If you have a good attitude and the IP's can tell you are busting your a$$ to learn, they will work with you until they have exhausted all options. I would not worry about the "not being able to fly part."

API is all memorization, sux but very doable. don't sweat it
