I was wondering in any one knows what programs I would qualify for if I have type 2 diabetes. I am currently active duty and not on insulin. I was already told during my commisioning physical that I would not be able to do aviation programs. Does anyone know of anyone in my situation or which programs I can qualify for? Thank you.

My advice would be to ask a Flight Surgeon. I think there might be on Doc on this website but either a flight doc or NAMI/NAOMI/NOMI will be able to tell you for sure. Here is NOMI's website:
