This could be interesting. Several stakeholders in this test to include China, Japan, U.S., as well as both halves of Korea. RADM Kelly (Commander U.S. Forces Japan) seemed to be quite confident that the island nation has nothing to worry about. "Number one, I wouldn't lose sleep at night. Number two, Japan is very safe...".
