Up to date OCS gouge?

I have noticed minor differences between OCS knowledge on the "Guide to Success" booklet given to me by my recruiter and the OCS website (http://www.ocs.navy.mil/pdfs/App B OCR.pdf). For anyone who has recently been to OCS, which one is more accurate? I would assume the website as the date is very recent.
The biggest difference I noticed is the Chain of Command (whether Vice President or Chief of Naval Personnel is included).

I have not been to OCS, but the website is the most updated one and should be the one you use while you prepare (it is straight from them, so it's better than the Guide already). The "Guide to Success" that was recently updated was made before they posted the July 2014 Appendix B update to the website.

Go off the website. As recruiters, we have boxes of the paper copies, but they're completely out of date. We instead just direct OCS Selectees to the OCS website.

Maybe they want you to know both. Or not. Could just be a sly way for them to see if you're paying attention. Let the mind games begin.
