Anyone knows if these guys wear regular flight suits, or do they wear their deltas like the H-3 bubbas?

Depends on what they are doing and who they are flying...
They also fly around TBS Lts, at which time they were normal flight suits...when flying around the President, I believe they where Deltas....

I went inside one of those in New River when I was in '302....I don't know how many times those aircraft go into phase but that SOB was not leaking a single drop inside the cabin, and it had carpet!!!!
Hmm I don't know maybe they fill the top of the overhead panels with diapers or something...
