The "island" shot of line of F-4U's is from Iwo Jima, I believe. Looks like Mt. Suribachi in background w/ AAF B-29's & P-51's as well. Also note Navy PB4Y-2 Privateers behind the F-4U's. My dad flew them as AMS/gunner.
