What are the chances of a RE-3 code waiver for Physical Standards being approved?

I am prior service Army National Guard from 2016 to 2022 and I got out with a Honorable Discharge with a RE-3(PHYS STDS) CE code. I've been working with a Navy Officer Recruiter office since 2023 between two different recruiters and my packet was almost ready for SNA ISEL until I needed this one waiver. When I was in the Army, I was immature and I failed multiple PT tests, I failed the run while I maxed out the push-ups and sit-ups. Overall, I would say I had good personal conduct and was a nice person so I guess they liked me enough to give me a Honorable. I finished my contract and ETS. It's been a dream of mine since high school to fly for the Navy, I would rate my current physical fitness at a good level, I know that I can pass the Navy PT standards with ease. My recruiter just submitted a waiver for my RE-3 code and I am really worried about it. I asked my recruiter if I should write anything about my story on the waiver, but he said it might be better to say nothing. I really hope that it'll be approved because I want to be a Navy Officer.

My stats are:

Age: 26
3.3 GPA Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering
59 8/7/8
No drugs or criminal history
I already passed MEPS
My height/weight are normal
Prior Service Army 68W
I need one RE-3 code waiver
SNA is my first choice

The RE-3 code is waiverable. Be honest, and more importantly, stay in shape for OCS.

What exactly is your question? Based off the fact a recruiter is willing to work with you is a promising sign.

I have seen a few people get back in that were in your situation, at the time they had the candidate do a mock PRT to ensure successful passing of the PRT.
