What could help get a pilot spot from NROTC?

Hello very new to this forum and wanting to become a Naval Aviator(Age 14). I was wondering what could help you get a pilot spot at NROTC because I want to help ensure to the best of my ability of getting a pilot slot.

Welcome to the forum. It’s a great resource for aspiring Naval aviators and there’s decades of real world experience on here. We try to limit “new guy” basic questions threads because they’ve been asked and answered many times and repetition just clogs things up. Start by searching the sections on becoming a Naval officer, especially the stickied threads. Good luck to you.
