In an H-60 (a rare enough occasion) it does look like the AC smoking inside. Last crusie in the Gulf, replaced the whole AC unit as it was tearing itself up, and the new one was a wonder. Blowing clouds of cooled air. Landed at Camp XXXX, poor guys thought we were on fire and nearly called out the fire trucks before we convinced them we were okay.....

After 4 years in the battlephrog, I will say that switching to an air-conditioned bird is the bomb.
Old paradigm: Open the window an sticking my hand out to deflect air in.
New paradigm: Have freakin' SNOW shooting out of the vents. God I like a cool cockpit.
BTW, am I the only one who sees that a post has been deleted and wonder what evil words were there originally?
