Sorry for not contributing to this thread yet I’ve just been lurking ?. After reading all these running times it looks like I need to start kicking it into high gear ?.

Ohhh lawd do not get them going again! We will have another 20 pages dedicated to how oatmeal makes you run faster. But only if you add one dash of cinnamon and not two.... Here's why ?
I don't think oatmeal is the key, rather near-threshold interval fartleks in zero-drop shoes.
Hot take on the zero drop. I myself prefer a drop of 5-10mm lol
I throughly expect there to be an at board list post nap.
