Especially Bc the NFO board was green Bc they needed people, selecting only 7 seems strange.
Well there are still more boards to pull from, and maybe not that mean NFOs on board/not good enough to make cut. My recruiter said they would rather wait till next board than to fill slots with below average applicants

All valid points but I'm still certain there is a certain standard deviation to those things - quality must vary but it surely can't by that much. We are talking about an improbably low chance all things considered.

In any scenario its more nerves and anxiety that anything else ?.

Plus, next board is not taking 13900 application if you read the GENOFF. Leaving them again around 65% acceptance. Which seems to be their trend.

it’s important to mention though that just in our group a large amount of well qualified applicants applied for NFO as well as SNA it wouldn’t make sense that they didn’t get qualified applicants

From my understanding a lot of these well qualified apps were for SNA only not NFO...

So what it looks like to me is they went through 54 applications and selected 35 (65%). they have 100 SNA application to review for a total selection of 67.

FY21 is halted for all SNA @JoeyMC. They might have pushed the rest off until April board. IDK though. I do know, they will not accept new SNA applications on the next board.

where are you getting that last part from?
