Not that I have heard. Highly doubt we will hear anything this week. Maybe by next Friday....but who knows

I ice it for a little then stretch and elevate when I’m sleeping. Usually put on some bengay once I start running again. I take a day or two off usually.
My college Division 1 track coworker recommended that I run every day for a month straight. Seemed to work for me, first two weeks were pretty brutal though.

Change your shoes for starters. Make sure your form is on point too! What type of shoes are you running in?
I heard board results helps shin splints. Just a rumor though.
