Next time just @ me lmaoIf the 8 is PFAR and going for SNA you are in a good spot, if you have a 6 going for SNA then you are not.
Idk if you saw the spread sheet but we already had someone picked up for SNA with a 6/6/6. Also they have flight exp. That just shows they look at multiple aspects.Next time just @ me lmao
Can someone repost that sheet with the updated of who has been picked up.Idk if you saw the spread sheet but we already had someone picked up for SNA with a 6/6/6. Also they have flight exp. That just shows they look at multiple aspects.

Yea I saw. I’m just interested to see if (I get picked up) whether adding snfo plays a part in what designator I getIdk if you saw the spread sheet but we already had someone picked up for SNA with a 6/6/6. Also they have flight exp. That just shows they look at multiple aspects.
Don't forget to look at the at board list averages for each designator.Yea I saw. I’m just interested to see if (I get picked up) whether adding snfo plays a part in what designator I get
I don't like that average. Not a good sign.Don't forget to look at the at board list averages for each designator.
SNFO Average is 5.52/5.94/6.07
SNA Average is 6.27/6.61/6.44
total board average is 6/6/6
The successful average will change quickly if less than half get picked up… not to be a downer. I have 7/7/8 myself, so I’m not very confident I’ll get SNA.Don't forget to look at the at board list averages for each designator.

you'll be fine. I have scanned all the past spreadsheets made and the reoccurring thing I noticed is there are many factors that go into a selection or pro rec N. Recruiter told me he had a guy with 9/9/9 turned down when I was first applying. The successful average will change quickly if less than half get picked up… not to be a downer. I have 7/7/8 myself, so I’m not very confident I’ll get SNA.
Edit: I also applied SNFO, which holds more hope for my scores haha
I think it was page 174 where this conversation occurredYea I saw. I’m just interested to see if (I get picked up) whether adding snfo plays a part in what designator I get

I think I misconstrued his statement as FY22/23 so…
SNA: 56 (FY23) + 95 (FY22) = 151
SNFO: 35 (FY23) + 50 (FY22) = 85
Edit: but we don’t even have 85 SNFO applicants, lol.
Yea I applied to both with a “get picked up by any means” mindsetI think it was page 174 where this conversation occurred
It'll definitely help your chances.
ExNavyOffRec:
nope, 2 different columns, the math for the difference on one column indicates 56 SNA and 35 SNFO, but the math for the difference in the other columns indicate 95 SNA and 50 SNFO.
It could be the one column hasn't shifted people from FY 22 to FY 23. It will be clearer when the total numbers from the board come out.
Go look at theseYea I applied to both with a “get picked up by any means” mindset
