NFO Flight Hours

Do NFOs get to log any of their time in aircraft as flight hours?
Are there specific platforms/duties that allow NFOs to log flight hours despite not being on the stick?

You get special crew time in P-8s. I was certain that stick time died when S-3s went away.

All NFOs log Special Crew Time. They don't count like pilot hours do for airlines, etc. They are a metric of experience and workload over time.
