DCO Supply Chances and Selections

Thank you for sharing this. I just called and shared that link with my recruiter. He just told me sadly I didn’t make it. But they have another board in June. I don’t know what the means, but he will give me a call tomorrow. He will be submitting my package for the June board.

He did say that. But there are some things that are also unclear. He said he will make a call and get back to me about the board that supposed to be in June. I will keep you guys updated.
 
Good luck. Some things are out of our control. I know recruiting has been surging and retention initiatives have bolstered the reserve lately, so maybe that’s what’s driving the high numbers.
 
Yeah, I know a couple of people who were extremely qualified and still didn’t get selected. 😔
You would’ve thought their admission was guaranteed. I guess it gets more and more competitive everytime.

No matter how well qualified the OIC interview can can sink an application if it doesn't go well.
