A few things to help make it stronger:
-Make sure to network heavy with Officers in this community on LinkedIn or Facebook etc.
-Get very strong LOR's O5 and above preferred.
- Add or start Certs that are relevant

Besides that you have shot, you can look back and see my stats and i wasn't selected in the last board but ill be in the one with you again plus the intel board, those where a few things i was told from my recruiter to do while waiting.

LOR's are good for 2 Years so no, but you can add more if needed.

Gather all your awards and Evals, anything that you received that you feel is relevant NAM's, school certs etc

I mean you can but graduate education and work experience will mean more for the board.
