FY26 MCWO Quota

Can any recruiter or ex-recruiter with reliable sourcing or necessary access confirm with high confidence that the NRC's quota for MCWO for the fiscal year 2026 has been met already? According to the latest public FY26 Board schedule, the board originally slated to convene on 23-JUN-2025 has been pushed back to August for all but select IWC designators. But there is no note that the NRC's FY26 quota for MCWO has been "FILLED" as I have been informed and a nonpublic comment in the Board's Focus / Notes cell for the IWC JUN Board would tend to suggest.

Surprise! Next fiscal year quotas can be filled early. Your recruiter is going to be your best point of contact for when’s the next time you can apply.

You have some valid questions, like @FormerRecruitingGuru said your recruiter should be able to answer your questions and explain how boards and quotas work in relation to officer recruiting.

A good recruiter will go through all of this in one shot as it doesn't take long to explain so that you as an applicant have a clear understanding of the process, that is what I always did.
