23JUN25 IWC BOARD

I was looking at the CNRC SharePoint, and it appears there was a board for IP on June 9th. The results of that board are posted there, but I'm wondering if that is taking the place of the June 23rd board. Does anyone have any insight on this?

Saw that too. I’m assuming but, there were probably spots open that needed to be filled this FY and they pulled random ones/great ones. June 23rd board is a separate thing

That might have been the DCO board.

The FY they are selecting for goes until next year, they always over-select so they have a pool to draw from that are already picked if needed. They also over-ship to account for losses. It would be almost impossible for a person to get picked by a June board and make it to OCS to get counted for the current FY.

I thought it was very odd that the May board and this June 9th board only showed two selections, and neither list anybody who wasn't recommended, but the February board does list everyone who was recommended and not recommended. Is this an indication that it's the DCO board? I didn't see any boards on the board schedule that line up with a June 9th board convene date which is why I was so confused.

The 2 selected on the 09JUN board were also on the at-board list for IP for this 23JUN board.

Looking at the previous board schedules there isn't a schedule board for June 9th for DCO or OCS, that leads me to believe those were ISEL that the IWC community verified eligibility then moved forward to selection, that could explain why they were on the 23 June list in case they were found not eligible for ISEL.

Thank you for taking the time to break this down. This makes a lot of sense. I appreciate it!!

How do you find this on sharepoint? I’ve been looking and haven’t found anything

Good Afternoon!
Finally was able to find this thread. Been pulling my hair out over where to get information about the board.
Figured I might as well post my stats to get realistic about my chances here, only applying for IP this go around but considering applying for MCWO:
  • BS in Cybersecurity Management & Policy
  • 2.63 GPA (Approved Waiver)
  • 51 OAR
  • 10 Years of IT related experience
  • 8 years Enlisted as IT (Waiver Approved)
  • Last 5 year Evals: MP, NOB, EP(Transfer), EP, MP, P
  • Master Training Specialist

I am very hopeful and excited that I get the opportunity to join a group of people who have mentored me so far in my career. Good luck to all applicants!
