I'm mainly focusing on cardio since I'm pretty bad at it. Longer runs 2-3 days a week. Speed training 1-2 days a week. And working on pushups and planks. Doing some other calisthenics a couple days a week. And I just started studying the OCS guide.
I’ve been doing same, heading out on run soon. Do you have a specific guide you’re using? I’m basically memorizing appendix B so I have it down by heart.
