Sorry for the following text dump. I haven’t taken OAR yet, I’m wondering if based on my credentials and background if I have a good chance of selection if I score well on the OAR.

Age: 28

Credentials:

BS in Business - Management Information Systems Concentration from NJIT - GPA 3.775

Relevant Coursework (or at least what I think is relevant):

Calc 1 & 2: Both A's (from a community college)

Linear Algebra: A (from a community college)

Operations Management & Analytics - NJIT: A

Business Data Analytics - NJIT: A

Intro to supply chain management - Rutgers Business School: A

Work experience:

Owned and operated a digital marketing agency for 7 years with 1M+ yearly revenue.

Additional Questions:

1. Any courses I should take on before applying to improve my chances at selection? I could take a couple more supply chain management courses at Rutgers Business or a higher math course from NJIT if recommended.

2. I was approved to take the PMP exam to get a PMP certification, is that worth doing?

3. Given my background and credentials, what score on OAR would give me a good chance at selection?

Hello everyone! So I did a little research if anyone is interested.

Jan 2025 Supply board:
Convened: 28 Jan / Adjourned: 28 Jan
Total Applicants: 24
PROREC YES: 12 PROREC NO: 9
BDCP YES: 2 BDCP NO: 1
Selection rate: 58.33%

March 2025 Supply board:
Convened: 12 March / Adjourned: 19 March
Total Applicants: 86
PROREC YES: 55 PROREC NO: 30
BDCP YES: 1 BDCP NO: 0
Selection rate: 65.12%

Note: Per the March MFR, “Recommend all stop for street applicants for FY26, currently identified 97% of FY26 goal. Fleet, I-SEL, and BDCP only”.

ALSO, page 4 i posted an excel sheet for everyone to plug in stats! It would help the community to track and check for future applicants. Thank you!
Are they accepting I-SEL from civilians? I qualify for Immediate Selection however my Recruiter said they won't be accepting civilian applicants until Dec 4th.

My I-SEL was submitted late May, still up in the air. Civilian. No prior service. Background investigation has started though.

I believe that is accurate. My understanding the first two boards for this FY is for fleet apps and civilians will roll in Dec time frame.

Thats why I wanted to share the stats, I realized a good percentage of members here do not have access to it.

From the verbiage, it seems they are selected and have not shipped or went thru OCS yet. FY26 means this October to September of 2026.
For OCS purposes when they say FY26 think of July 1 to June 30 as that is when those FY applicants will go to OCS, if you are thinking of boards then for FY26 think of March/April to the next March/April.

It probably did, but there are only a few that actually know if it did or not.
Hello, I see you are a former recruiter. I have a question, I submitted all my stuff for the August 4th board and my recruiter told me that Supply Boards were canceled until further notice. I am currently a reservist and was wondering do they submit the reservist package with civilians or active duty people? It sounds like my recruiter is attempting to submit my stuff with civilian packages. Also, I am trying to go back active so she's an active duty recruiter. TIA

Look at the posted board schedule for updates, it can take a few weeks to update sometimes but that is the best source instead of rumors. I would always tell my affected applicants a new board schedule was released and this is what it says, you should be able to ask and get clarification.

There are times when the will say AD only, or BDCP only.
