04MAY2026 SNA/SNFO Board

Has anyone heard if the May 4th board being cancelled includes ISEL applicants? Or, in other words, does anyone suspect this indicates slots will still not be available until the next open board (hopefully June)?

My recruiter is looking into now, but the OCM has been a bit unresponsive these past few weeks.

Don’t think ISEL generally follows the same linear timeline as the normal board - it’s purely just dependent on when someone reviews your application.

My recruiter told me that I’d have a good chance of hearing something back by late June. My fingers are crossed but my expectations are low, lol.

That is longer than I expected honestly, that would put us way past the 8 weeks. Hopefully we hear back sooner.

And yeah, I remember getting giddy reading about people who shipped out in the span of two weeks lol

Anytime I've seen a time estimate it's always 4-8 weeks; I was also told by Millington 4-8 weeks. But the threads have also been talking about how backed up it is.

On the right terms, ISEL is intended to be quick. However, for a "filled" program like SNA, it becomes a moot point since the candidate pool (i.e. those with PROREC Y or ISEL) becomes so large that it needs to be "controlled" first before opening it back up.
