I don’t think so because another member here has the same recruiter and they’ve heard from them not that long ago, like right before the cutoff for submitting packages. It’s hard to get a hold of them lol. Last I heard I was submitted for whichever board happened next though.

Still bizarre that they haven't talked to you or followed up after you trying to get in contact with them. The only idea that comes to mind is to just blow up their phone with calls or text them everyday. As annoying as that sounds and is, it's the only thing that comes to mind to get them to talk to you.

I’ve tried a few times since March but they won’t even read my texts. I could text or call a bunch but idk what I can do at this point in time. I’ve started working with the USMC for an air contract as well bc idk what’s happening with Navy, so that’s been keeping me occupied. It is bizarre though that I never hear from my Navy recruiter, when other applicants seem to hear back a lot.

Does the recruiting office they work at pick up their phone? Honestly, ambushing them over the phone when they're there might be a good shot at getting them to talk to you.

I’ve only tried once like a year ago and it took a few days of trying, and all I got was “recruiter is out of office, they’ll call you back tomorrow”. Never got a call back. Between boards getting cancelled, application getting kicked back without reason, and no contact I sorta gave up on trying to move ball along this year since it seems like my application is just sitting at board. I’ll try again today though. Edit: called and no answer hahaha

Not trying to discourage anyone though. Keep at it and keep trying your best, you’ll get it. Don’t let my experience hinder your attitude lol.
