If QPRIDE is the place where these results are appearing, wouldn’t information on how to check that reach recruiters pretty quickly though?
PRIDE is the standard place recruiters check your status.
QPRIDE is a separate tab that individual applicants or entire groups of applicants can be checked from.

For some of us, PRIDE still says in session while QPRIDE definitively says we passed several days ago.

Edit: It seems that this hasn’t been distributed well (if at all) between recruiters.

I thought only officers can be officer recruiters lol, both of mine (first one finished his Navy career and separated) are Lieutenants
Most recruiters are enlisted. Recruiting isn’t a top job it’s honestly seen as your career is basically over which is why some of them act like they don’t care because all they have to do is hit a quota

That is not correct from what I have seen. Recruiting is a tough job but is viewed as an arduous duty and a career enhancer. It does sour a lot of people on the navy due to the climate of many recruiting commands.

Coming from the army side and it’s a bit similar here. Recruiting is technically a “broadening assignment.” Doing something other than your actual designated. Being a drill instructor/sergeant, schoolhouse instructor, stuff like that can be sucky and the commands can sometimes be horribly toxic, but at least enlisted side you can go from E-5 to like E-7/E-8 in a very short time compared to staying in your assigned job where sometimes it could take years to get rank.

Honestly didn’t know recruiters are mostly enlisted, I remember calling up the navy recruiting office the first time back when I was still in college and it was still an officer. He was def grumpy to say the least though I think he got the recruiter billet; he was a fixed wing pilot lol forgot which platform. But yeah all the ORs I’ve talked to have been O’s

From my experience, the Officer recruiters that I've spoken to that are officers are more targeted towards CEC and NUPOC and then the enlisted officer recruiters I've spoken to are all enlisted.

That’s interesting because all the OR’s I’ve talked to have been enlisted. And before choosing navy I talked to every branch they all were enlisted. I’ve never met at officer recruiter, who was an officer all cheifs

Yeah the LTs at my NTAG just handles everyone lol from pilots to NUPOCs, never seen or even tbh heard of an enlisted OR until today
