Did you already get an official OCS date yet? Not trying to discourage you or say your recruiter was wrong, but my notification of selection with date confirmation came 8 days prior to my FINSEL letter. The FINSEL includes your OCS date..so I can't imagine they'd draft that up if you/your recruiter haven't already confirmed that the proposed date works for you.

Have not gotten an official date yet. Not sure how all that works. I was notified of my pro-rec y last Wednesday, and when I asked my recruiter yesterday about FINSEL letters, he said "should see it by the end of this week." I guess he could have meant that I would get the official pro-rec y by the end of the week?

just FYI, recruiters are not fully in the loop either. if official results don't get put out until next week then you very likely won't know your OCS dates until then

Yeah there’s remedial but you only go if you actually can’t perform an evolution. I went to remedial bc I was having a hard time during the tread and float portion with the harness and boots on

Side note: there’s a rec center in Orange Beach that has a heated pool and is free for first responders/military. Super nice people and it’s usually not too busy so you can go practice there
 
Has anyone ( with unofficial results) been told to come in later then what they were initially told? I’m supposed to come in tomorrow to do paperwork, but if no official results has been released I can’t imagine what I will need to be doing.

You're probably just going to be signing W4 and any sort of paperwork you can get done now until you have to sign the paper accepting your selection with the date on it

I go in Monday to sign some papers, get some briefings, and pick up study material.
