Knowing that the IWC has terrible turnaround times has actually been a major relief--if I were in that SNA/SNFO thread, I'd be freaking out, especially since their ISEL applicants heard back like a week ago.

Does ISEL always hear back first, or does it vary by board?

Yeah. It took me over 3-4 months to get my account approved. There are 123 people at board for INTEL alone with CW having roughly the same if not more so people either are waiting for accounts or arent aware this forum exists.
