My FINSEL came in friday for august 2nd class. I think you should be fine even if its last minute. Ive heard of people getting it 2 days before.

I’m Dec 06 OCS date and my recruiter said not to expect FINSEL until November

yea you rlly cant put in 2 weeks if you don't have the FINSEL by then. You just have to give it to your employer. I think legally even though its not 2 weeks notice they still cant fire you.
