USERRA protects you from employer retaliation if you're applying for a position in the armed forces. I only really found out about it bc I used to be a construction inspector and reading the required posters on the contractors' bulletin boards was part of my job lol

So @Low_GPA_High_AOA what exactly is the plan now? What caused this whole debacle of you not being at the board again? It all seems rather odd that the recruiter that you are with kind of seems to just be sticking your paperwork at the bottom of the pile and the just saying 'whoopsie'.

This is pretty cool to see. Seems like us I-SEL/November board folks are most likely looking at a Jan/Feb OCS range I would assume.

Probably the same thing that happened to me. My new recruiter said there was an admin error between the headquarters and my packet when it was supposed to be submitted so I’m in the November board now. Blessing in disguise I reckon so I can improve my 6/6/7 to something higher hopefully.

Well yeah if that's the case I was really unlucky to have rolled the dice twice last September and then again this June 😭

No idea still... recruiter is trying to figure it out but hasn't had any updates yet; he is very busy, though, so maybe a while longer. Perhaps I'll end up on the November board and finally get a chance to be looked at this time... He def didn't stick my paperwork at the bottom though haha if so he wouldn't bother fighting for me still, seems the issue occurred after the application left his office. He's super confident about my packet but is just as frustrated as me that for whatever reason I wasn't given the opportunity to be evaluated at a board.
