This was probably overly pessimistic (it would put INTEL decisions in mid-Sept, whereas I assume we'll hear by end of next week or the following)

Results will come (I think...), and whether it's this week or next week or in a month, the decisions+ship dates won't change. Trying to be zen about it.its like yall nerds dont want results
You will know definitively if you were selected or not.. So not hearing anything still means you're under review. For IWC boards they hold separate committees for each designator.. so it'll be released in chunks. For e.g., INTEL could be the first batch, then Cryppies, etc.So apparently SWO-O was my main designator according to my recruiter. But he still hasn't seen anything. Not sure what this means at this point![]()
Ideally yes, unfortunately that isn't the case, there have been many circumstances where a person is declined and the recruiter will just ghost the applicant, I worked with a few people that were like that, I had some candidates reach out to me months after the results were released and they were just never told. You will know definitively if you were selected or not.. Sounds like my recruiter… there’s a story to be told on how I ended up on a submarine!Ideally yes, unfortunately that isn't the case, there have been many circumstances where a person is declined and the recruiter will just ghost the applicant, I worked with a few people that were like that, I had some candidates reach out to me months after the results were released and they were just never told.
Oh wow. Hopefully not the case here—horrible practice on the Recruiters part if true. I always assumed you HAD to deliver the news good or bad..Ideally yes, unfortunately that isn't the case, there have been many circumstances where a person is declined and the recruiter will just ghost the applicant, I worked with a few people that were like that, I had some candidates reach out to me months after the results were released and they were just never told.
Yes applicants deserve to know doesn't matter what the news is.Oh wow. Hopefully not the case here—horrible practice on the Recruiters part if true. I always assumed you HAD to deliver the news good or bad..
nun new in sharepointSomeone just left an enigmatic message in the spreadsheet: "got notified of pro rec y today from my CO for CW 8/27"...
Does that mean the wait for CWO is over? Is INTEL following soon? Anyone with Sharepoint access have any news?
