Yup, and I-110 is still under construction. Some things do change, though, like Davis Highway finally being completed.......28 years later.

Before or after the beer?

I don't think I'll be too anxious over tests, I just finished my 7th and final USCG 3 A/E exam. 7 tests taken over 3.5 days. The campus average BAC by this point is now about .15 pass or fail.
